Typical construction process for driveways, patios and sidewalks.

First off, we will acquire all permits and schedule the inspections (pre-pour and final). After removing existing concrete and/or unstable soil, we provide a solid compacted stone base. Forms are then set with a laser level to insure proper drainage. We then reinforce the concrete and use only the highest quality concrete mixes. Under no circumstances do we cut corners by using a cheaper/weaker concrete mix, an unstable base, or skimp on reinforcement. We use special mix designs for stamped concrete and our driveways. Both of which are ASTM approved and tested for increased durability.
